Delivery & returns

Delivery costs

Standard delivery is $5.95 per order. Delivery is included for product subtotals of $100 or more. The order summary shows the total before submission.

Product handling

Check supply voltage before plugging in. Use heat appliances away from water, keep them away from children and allow them to cool before storage. The travel dryer requires the correct manual voltage setting.

Before requesting a return

Contact support@curlatelier.shop with the order reference and item details. Keep packaging and do not return a product without receiving return instructions. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Availability

Delivery eligibility and timing must be confirmed for the destination. Installation or assembly services are not included.
